Lips Together, Teeth Apart, Starring America Ferrera, Tracee Chimo & More, Now in Previews Off-Broadway

It’s sweater weather in New York, but we’re ready for a summer getaway off-Broadway, thanks to Second Stage. Terrence McNally’s Lips Together, Teeth Apart begins performances on October 7 at the Tony Kiser Theatre. Peter DuBois directs a cast that includes Emmy winner America Ferrera, Michael Chernus, Tracee Chimo and Austin Lysy.

In Lips Together, Teeth Apart, a brother and sister and their spouses spend a Fourth of July weekend in a Fire Island beach house. Thrown into a gay paradise, they do their best to enjoy themselves despite their prejudices and insecurities. This marks the first New York revival of the comedy in 23 years.

Lips Together, Teeth Apart will open officially on October 29.
