Billy Porter’s While I Yet Live, Starring Lillias White & S. Epatha Merkerson, Opens Off-Broadway

While I Yet Live, starring Tony winner Lillias White and Emmy winner S. Epatha Merkerson, officially opens on October 12. Written by Kinky Boots Tony winner Billy Porter, the play will run off-Broadway through October 31 at Primary Stages at The Duke on 42nd Street.

Directed by Sheryl Kaller, While I Yet Live follows the story of a young man’s coming of age in Pittsburgh amongst a bevy of fascinating and strong-willed women.

The world premiere's cast also features Elain Graham, Sheria Irving, Kevyn Morrow, Larry Powell and Sharon Washington.
