Oscar nominee (and Broadway.com Audience Choice Award winner) Bradley Cooper return to the Great White Way beginning November 7 in The Elephant Man. But even after playing the deformed John Merrick for his master’s thesis at the Actors Studio, crossing the pond to study Merrick’s skeleton and leading the Williamstown Theatre Festival production, bringing the role to the Great White Way seemed a stretch for him. “I’m someone who thinks big,” he tells CBS’ Serena Altschul in an interview, “and I never thought I’d be able to do The Elephant Man on Broadway.” Well, here you are.
