Squigs Travels to Oz with New Wicked Headliners Kara Lindsay & Caroline Bowman

Broadway.com Resident Artist Justin “Squigs” Robertson is no stranger to the merry old land of Oz, and he couldn’t resist going back for a return visit to see Broadway’s newest Wicked witches, Caroline Bowman (Elphaba) and Kara Lindsay (Glinda) in action. After witnessing the high-flying musical onstage, Squigs sketched a new tribute to the current Broadway cast. Check out the work of art above, then see Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre!



About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home.
