It’s best to gaze at the stars (both literal and figurative) at night, right? Constellations, starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Golden Globe winner Ruth Wilson in their Broadway debuts, has added three additional performances to its limited run, which has now been confirmed will end on March 15. The added shows will take place on February 27, March 6 and March 13 at 10 PM.
Constellations, written by Nick Payne, tells the story of one relationship with infinite possibilities. It explores the boundless potential of a first encounter, free will and friendship. The play opened at the Royal Court’s Jerwood Theatre Upstairs in 2012, directed by Michael Longhurst, before transferring to the West End.
The production is playing at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre.
