Who is Larry David? That’s just what 60 Minutes correspondant Charlie Rose attempted to uncover in a recent profile with the Fish in the Dark star and creator. Before the deep psychoanalysis begins, plenty of words get tossed around: “Crusty,” “curmudgeon,” “jerk,” et cetera. And yet, before its official opening on March 5, the Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm creator’s Great White Way debut is already one of Broadway’s hottest tickets. In the dark comedy, David plays a character who is not Larry David, but, let’s face it—sort of is. “It’s not about me,” he explains. “But the character is very similar to me. OK, it’s me.
