Second Stage's The Other Thing Cancels Performance After Building Fire

Due to a fire in an attached building, the May 13 performance of The Other Thing at off-Broadway’s McGinn/Cazale Theatre has been canceled. The Second Stage Uptown production expects to resume performances on May 14.

The play follows Kim, a journalist who follows a father and son team of ghost hunters to a haunted barn in rural Virginia. Her assignment turns into an unforgettable night as they prepare for ghost sightings.

The cast includes Samantha Soule, John Patrick Doherty, John Doman and Bhavesh Patel. The play, directed by Lucie Tiberghien, is scheduled to open officially on May 21.
