Smile for the Camera, Yitzhak! Hedwig’s Rebecca Naomi Jones Is Broadway.com’s Newest Vlogger

Broadway.com’s newest video blogger is a total drag. And hangs out with Darren Criss. (Jealous?) Ladies and gentlemen, whether you like it or not: Total Package: Backstage at Hedwig and the Angry Inch with Rebecca Naomi Jones!

Jones, who took over the role of Yitzhak on April 14, will grab a camera and show us around the Belasco Theatre, where she and her onstage wife Criss put on some makeup (with the help of a professional), turn up the eight-track and go through a whole lot of glitter. Who knows what else might be in store? (After all, her predecessor Tony winner Lena Hall kept some crazy stuff around.)

Prior to Hedwig, Jones was seen on Broadway in American Idiot and Passing Strange. Her off-Broadway credits include The Fortress of Solitude, Big Love, Murder Ballad, This Beautiful City and Love’s Labour’s Lost.

Total Package begins on May 21 and will run every Thursday for eight weeks.
