The West End production of Les Miserables hit a major milestone on October 8: a triumphant 30 years on the London stage. To celebrate the historical moment, members of the original company joined the current cast for a special gala performance at the Queen's Theatre, and they seemed to be having a grand old time reuniting. Above, see Frances Ruffelle (original Eponine) and Patti LuPone (original Fantine) cuddle up to the man who has brought Les Miz's story of resilience and redemption to millions: producer Cameron Mackintosh. The gala performance was more than just glitz and glam, by the way. It also served as a benefit to raise money for Save the Children Syria Children's Appeal. See below for the great Colm Wilkinson (original Jean Valjean) taking a curtain call with the Les Miz company. Long live Les Miserables!
