Oscar nominee Keira Knightley and more will officially open in the mysterious and passionate Thérèse Raquin on October 29. Directed by Evan Cabnet, the show is haunting Roundabout’s Studio 54.
To celebrate the Great White Way premiere of Helen Edmundson's play, which is based on the novel by Émile Zola, Broadway.com resident artist Justin “Squigs” Robertson penned this spooky sketch. There's Knightley as Therese, Matt Ryan as Laurent, Gabriel Ebert as Camille, Judith Light as Madame Raquin, David Patrick Kelly as Superintendent Michaud, Jeff Still as Monsieur Grivet and Mary Wiseman as Suzanne.
Broadway.com wishes the cast a happy opening—we hope you have a boatload of fun at the after-party!
About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home.
