Master American dramatist Arthur Miller would have been 100 this year (he died 10 years ago), and to celebrate his centenniel, New York theatergoers are being treated to two major revivals on Broadway (A View from the Bridge and The Crucible) as well as a wonderful Signature Theater production of his 1964 play Incident at Vichy, which opened of-Broadway on November 15.
