Beautiful's Ben Jacoby on His Wide-Ranging Dream Roles, Road Rage & Similarities to Barry Mann

Current Role: Jacoby is making his Broadway debut as Barry Mann, the real-life songwriter who writes hits with his wife Cynthia Weill and is pals with Carole King and Gerry Goffin in Beautiful.  

Stage & Screen Cred: Jacoby played Raoul on the national tour of the 25th anniversary production of The Phantom of the Opera (Side note: His father, Mark Jacoby, was a longtime Broadway Phantom. Ben's regional credits include Sense and Sensibility, Love’s Labour’s Lost, South Pacific, 9 to 5, Richard III, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Merry Wives of Windsor, The Glass Menagerie and The Light in the Piazza. He appeared on the small screen in The Good Wife.
