Arthur Miller's The Crucible played its third full week of preview performances to nearly full houses, reaching a capacity of 99.60% for the week ending March 20. The Ivo van Hove-helmed production, featuring Saoirse Ronan, Ben Whishaw and Sophie Okonedo, grossed $659,753; expect this number to rise after opening and pending good notices. Also in previews currently is Shuffle Along, which played its first six performances to 97.96% capacity, proving it could soon tap its way to a position in the frontrunners. School of Rock, Finding Neverland and Matilda celebrated upticks, which is not too surprising as schools enter spring break.
