See She Loves Me's Stars Create a Romantic Atmosphere at the Cast Recording Listening Party

With a whopping eight Tony nominations, the Broadway revival of She Loves Me has theater fans feeling a sugar rush—and it's not just the vanilla ice cream. Those lucky enough to have seen Laura Benanti, Zachary Levi, Gavin Creel, Jane Krakowski and the rest of the cast have fallen hard for Sheldon Harnick and Jerry Bock's lovely score. (We know you guys have been practicing those Benanti-worthy high notes and working on that Ilona split.) On April 25, the cast hit the recording studio to work on the She Loves Me album that is sure to be music to our ears. Broadway.com was able to get in on the action at the first listen party. We ran into our dear friend and 2016 Tony nominee Laura Benanti (see above) as well as Tony nominee Jane Krakowski and Ghostlight Records President Kurt Deutsch (see below).
