Daveed Diggs has been non-stop since his Tony-winning turn in Lin-Manuel Miranda's revolutionary hit Hamilton. Between releasing Splendor & Misery, the latest album from his experimental hip-hop group "clipping." and filming season three of ABC's Black-ish, the original cast member stopped by on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to talk about his last days in the tuner, the folks taking over his role as Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson (including Seth Stewart) and some special audience visitors (Meryl Streep and Jay-Z, to name a few). The most important Hamilton visitor for Diggs? "My mom was there like every other week," he said. "If you need Hamilton tickets, you talk to my mom!" Noted! Watch the interview below.
