Damon Daunno, the guitar-strumming leading man of Oklahoma! on Broadway, is finishing his run on the show with a bang. The Tony-winning revival of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein's classic musical is set to close on January 17. On January 15, its cast gathered at Sardi's Restaurant to celebrate the creation of a new caricature. Daunno, who was nominated for a Tony Award for playing Curly in Oklahoma!, is the newest star to get a cartoon portrait, which will hang on the walls of the restaurant. Also in attendance were cast members Mary Testa, Patrick Vaill and Rebecca Naomi Jones (who received her own Sardi's caricature last year). See Daunno pose with his portrait below, and be sure to catch Oklahoma! before it closes.
