The cast of Girl From the North Country, Conor McPherson's new musical about American life in the Great Depression set to Bob Dylan's songbook (though not to first use it!), made an appearance on The Tonight Show on February 25. The company sang “Slow Train”/”License to Kill," a full-cast number initiated by Austin Scott as Joe Scott, a black man eager to escape a dilapidating Minnesota town. Girl From the North Country opens on Broadway at the Belasco Theatre March 5.
