Marc Salem's Mind Games on Broadway, which began playing Monday nights at the Lyceum Theatre on May 17, will play a full week of performances at the Broadway house from August 30 through September 5. During that period of time, I Am My Own Wife will be on hiatus so that the play's Tony-winning star, Jefferson Mays, who does not have an understudy can take a vacation.
In Mind Games on Broadway, Salem tells total strangers who they are, where they're from, what they do for a living, what they're carrying in their pockets and where they've been on vacation. He performs a series of mesmerizing and mystifying games that allows him to read the minds of audience members.
Mind Games returns to its regular Monday night schedule beginning on September 6. I Am My Own Wife will return to its normal schedule on September 7.
