Heather Ayers, John Bolton & Jeff Gurner to Star in Five Course Love

Heather Ayers, John Bolton and Jeff Gurner will star in Five Course Love at the Minetta Lane Theatre. The tuner, directed by Emma Griffin, is set to begin performances off-Broadway on October 1.

In Five Course Love, the three actors will play 15 roles, depicting five dates in five different style restaurants. The show features book, music and lyrics by Gregg Coffin.

Ayers has appeared off-Broadway in Forbidden Broadway and Encores! mountings of Pardon My English and Bye Bye Birdie. She has also performed leading roles at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Dallas Theatre Center, Missouri Repertory, Arkansas Repertory and Florida Stage.

Bolton currently covers the three leads in the Broadway production of Spamalot. His other Broadway credits include Contact, Titanic, Damn Yankees and How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Gurner has appeared on Broadway in The Lion King. His other Gotham stage credits include mountings of The London Cuckolds, The Man of Destiny, The Water Coolers, Harrigan & Hart, The Normal Heart and The Comedy of Errors.

Five Course Love is scheduled to officially open on October 16.
