Peter Dinklage, Josh Hamilton Among Cast in Upcoming Things We Want

Fledgling theater director Ethan Hawke has his cast set for his forthcoming production of Jonathan Marc Sherman's Things We Want. The play will kick off The New Group's 2007-08 season at the Acorn Theatre on Theatre Row in October.

The cast for Things We Want will include Paul Dano A Month in the Country on Broadway, Little Miss Sunshine, Peter Dinklage title role in Richard III at the Public Theater, The Station Agent, Josh Hamilton The Coast of Utopia, Proof on Broadway, Hurlyburly at the New Group, which co-starred Hawke and Zoe Kazan The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie at The New Group.

Hawke's directing credits include: Lisa Loeb's "Stay" music video 1994 and the films Straight to One 1994, Chelsea Walls 2001 and The Hottest State 2006, based on his novel. In 1992, Hawke co-founded Malaparte theater company, where he is artistic director.
