Brian Stokes Mitchell, Rosie O'Donnell, Lea Michele & More Set for Les Miz Concerts

The Hollywood Bowl has confirmed major casting for its Les Miserables in Concert series on August 8, 9 and 10. The principal cast will include J. Mark McVey who has appeared in the show on Broadway and in London as Jean Valjean, Tony winner Brian Stokes Mitchell Kiss Me, Kate, Ragtime as Javert, Lea Michele Spring Awakening as Eponine, Melora Hardin TV's The Office as Fantine, Aaron Lazar a star of the show's recent Broadway revival as Enjolras and Emmy-winning talk show host Rosie O'Donnell Seussical, Grease as Madame Thenardier, performing under the baton of music director Kevin Stites.

As previously reported by Broadway.com, Michele discussed her casting during a February 25 solo concert at Feinstein's at the Regency. Confirmation is not yet available on the casting of Thenardier, Marius and Cosette, according to a Hollywood Bowl spokesperson.
