Kathryn Hahn will star alongside previously announced headliners Christine Baranski, Mark Rylance and Bradley Whitford as well as recently added stars Gina Gershon and Mary McCormack in the forthcoming Broadway production of Marc Camoletti's 1960s comedy Boeing-Boeing.
In Boeing-Boeing, an architect living in Paris Whitford has been successfully juggling three flight attendant fiancées Gershon, McCormack and Hahn with his housekeeper Baranski reluctantly playing romantic air-traffic controller as they fly in and out of his swank bachelor pad. But when an old school pal Rylance visits, things get rather turbulent. Schedules change, flights are delayed and chaos ensues in this whirl of mayhem and matchmaking.
Hahn, who will play the American flight attendant Gloria, is best known for her role on the NBC drama Crossing Jordan. Her stage credits include Dead End, Ten Unknowns, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Hedda Gabler, Chaucer in Rome and Camino Real. She has appeared in the films How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton and the upcoming Revolutionary Road. In addition to Crossing Jordan, she appeared in The Four Kings on television. Boeing-Boeing will mark Hahn's Broadway debut.
A hit last year at London's Comedy Theatre, Boeing-Boeing, directed by Matthew Warchus, will begin previews at the Longacre Theatre on April 19 and open on May 4.
