Family Guy TV show creator and voice actor Seth MacFarlane will bring his musical revue Freakin' Sweet! An Evening of Music and Comedy for one night to the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles on May 10, Variety reports. The event will benefit the Center Theatre Group's New Play Production Program.
MacFarlane, whose soaring baritone has appeared numerous times on Family Guy, is the voice of leading players Peter, Stewie and Brian Griffin, as well as many others, on the hit animated series. For Freakin' Sweet, he will be joined by Alex Borstein, voice of Family Guy's Lois Griffin, as the duo take a “musical tour through the alphabet,” performing eclectic arrangements from both musical theater and pop music. Walter Murphy, Rich Ruttenberg and the "Family Guy Orchestra" will also appear. Comedian Janeane Garofalo is set to open the show.
