Casting is complete for the national tour of Legally Blonde, which will kick off at Rhode Island's Providence Performing Arts Center on September 21. In addition to the previously announced Becky Gulsvig as Elle Woods, the cast will include two finalists from MTV's The Search for Elle Woods competition, Rhiannon Hansen as Margot and Lauren Zakrin as an ensemble member and Elle understudy.
The complete also cast includes DB Bonds as Emmett, Natalie Joy Johnson as Paulette, Jeff McLean as Warner, Megan Lewis as Vivienne, Coleen Sexton as Brooke, Ken Land as Professor Callahan, Cortney Wolfson as Serena, Crystal Joy as Pilar and Gretchen Burghart as Enid.
Also featured in the cast are: Sara Andreas, Ward Billeisen, Joshua James Campbell, Nick Dalton, Ven Daniel, Alex Ellis, Jay Garcia, Paul Jackel, Sarah Marie Jenkins, Leslie McDonel, Brian Patrick Murphy, Mamie Parris, Stacey Sargeant, Tally Sessions, Josh Walden and Adam Zelasko.
MTV winner Bailey Hanks is currently playing Elle and first runner-up Autumn Hurlburt is appearing in the ensemble of the Broadway company of Legally Blonde.
As on Broadway, Jerry Mitchell is the director and choreographer. Music and lyrics are by Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin, and the book is by Heather Hach.
