Tickets Now On Sale for Hedda Gabler Starring Mary-Louise Parker

Tickets are now on sale for the Roundabout Theatre Company’s revival of Hedda Gabler. The drama, starring Mary Louise-Parker in the title role, begins performances at the American Airlines Theatre on January 6, 2009. The stage and screen favorite, an Emmy Award nominee for Showtime's Weeds, will be joined by Michael Cerveris, Paul Sparks and Peter Stormare.

In Hedda Gabler, newlywed Hedda Tesman finds herself bored with married life to her scholar husband, George Cerveris. As the daughter of General Gabler, she had grown accustomed to the freedom and exciting social world of her father's home. When her rival, Mrs. Elvsted Ana Reeder, reenters her life with Hedda's former lover, Eilert Lovberg Sparks in tow, Hedda sets out on a shocking path of destruction that affects the lives of everyone around her.
