Tickets for The Story of My Life, starring Broadway favorites Malcolm Gets and Will Chase, are now on sale. The new musical begins performances at Broadway's Booth Theatre on February 3 with opening night set for February 19.
The two-character musical, with a score by Neil Bartram and book by Brian Hill, tells the story of two childhood friends and how that friendship profoundly defined their lives. Thomas Weaver Chase is a best-selling, award-winning author. Alvin Kelby Gets was his best friend for 30 years. But time can test the bonds of friendship, and when it does, Thomas calls on the only resources he has—his stories of Alvin—to learn where things went wrong. Richard Maltby Jr. Ain't Misbehavin', Fosse, Ring of Fire directs.
