Bryn Dowling, Tom Hewitt and Ray Bokhour are all set to return to the Broadway cast of Chicago in the coming weeks. Dowling The Producers, Fosse will return to the Ambassador Theatre as merry murderess Roxie Hart, starting February 23 through March 8. She replaces Charlotte d’Amboise, who’s departing to play Roxie in the show’s national tour at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts in Chicago before returning to the Broadway production on March 9.
Hewitt, who received a Tony Award nomination for The Rocky Horror Show, will return as Billy Flynn, beginning March 2. He replaces Tom Wopat, who will headline the Algonquin Oak Room during his time off. Hewitt last performance is scheduled for March 22, with Wopat returning as Flynn on March 23.
February 23 also marks Bokhour's return as Amos Hart, the role he debuted on Broadway with. He replaces Scott Davidson.
The longest-running revival in Broadway history, the Tony Award-winning production of Chicago celebrated its 5,000 performance last fall.
