Billy Elliot stars David Alvarez, Trent Kowalik and Kiril Kulish and Exit the King star Geoffrey Rush are among the winners of the 65th annual Theatre World Awards, which honor performers making their New York stage debuts. The winners were announced on May 11 and will be honored at an awards ceremony at Broadway’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on June 2, hosted by Peter Filichia and featuring past winners as presenters.

A special award will be presented to the entire cast of The Norman Conquests: Amelia Bullmore, Jessica Hynes, Stephen Mangan, Ben Miles, Paul Ritter and Amanda Root.
Honorees were chosen by the Theatre World Awards committee, which includes David Cote, Peter Filichia, Harry Haun, Matthew Murray, Frank Scheck, Doug Watt and Linda Winer.
