Wallace Smith got his big break when he moved up from ensemble player to title lead Simba in The Lion King's national tour and later on Broadway. In 2009, Smith appeared on Broadway in Ragtime, followed by a in Hair. From there, he jumped to the role of Favorite Son in American Idiot and Judas in the 2011 Broadway revival of Godspell. He's also been seen on Broadway in Rocky and as Enjolras in Les Miserables. A triple threat, Wallace is also a songwriter/recording artist. Recent TV/film credits include BET's New Edition mini-series, Braindead, Crime, Person of Interest, Elementary and Blue Bloods.
