Two-time Emmy Award-winner William Shatner is best known for his role as Captain James T. Kirk in the TV series Star Trek. Other TV credits include The Practice, Boston Legal and T. J. Hooker. Shatner debuted on Broadway in 1962’s A Shot in the Dark and appeared in Tamburlaine the Great and The World of Suzie Wong. After a 50-year hiatus, he returned in 2012 in the solo show Shatner’s World: We Just Live in It.
