CREDIT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Credit vouchers will be emailed to customers within 24 hours of selection within the time period indicated on the notification where customer submits its selection for credit voucher, and the value of the credit will be in the amount indicated on such notification. Credit value will be 120% of the amount that would otherwise be refunded, which Credit value is inclusive of the face value of your tickets and any per ticket or per order service, handling, and/or processing charges paid by the purchaser. In addition, customers will be refunded for the cost of our cancellation protection program for events cancelled due to COVID-19, so long as the cancellation protection was not previously redeemed. Should Credit be used towards the purchase of a future event that is subsequently cancelled, a replacement credit voucher in the amount of the purchase price for the future event will be issued.
Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets through Broadway.com. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferrable. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 800-BROADWAY or visit https://checkout.broadway.com/gift-certificates/balance. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. This credit will be usable until redeemed in full pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. Selecting the “CREDIT” option to receive a Credit instead of a refund for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so and the Credit is generated, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you.
