A Def Opening Night for Def Poetry Jam

"The voices of the next America," came together on November 14 at the opening of Russell Simmons' Def Poetry Jam. In this new show, which is running at Broadway's Longacre Theatre, nine performance poets take a fresh look at life, love and identity today.
