A Dirty Rotten Actors' Fund Performance for a Starry Crowd
Are you a betting type? When Dirty Rotten Scoundrels played a special performance to benefit the Actors' Fund of America, you would've be wise to lay your money down and bet that there was a sizable celebrity presence in the audience. Stage celebs packed the Imperial Theatre to see John Lithgow, Norbert Leo Butz and Sherie Rene Scott strut their stuff on July 24. And yes, the starry crowd seemed happy to be in the audience for a change, and the Dirty Rotten Scoundrels company was pleased to have their colleagues in the audience. The cast was delighted to see their fellow friends and actors backstage after the performance and greeted them with smiles and a little champagne. C'est magnifique!
