A Toast to the Sparkling Kismet

Encores! boasted a dose of boisterous musical theater history with its presentation of Kismet, which ran from February 9 - 12. After the final performance, the cast--starring dynamic duo Brian Stokes Mitchell and Marin Mazzie--gathered with friends and theater-goers in the City Center lobby to celebrate the concert. With a book by Charles Lederer and Luther Davis, and music and lyrics by Robert Wright and George Forrest, the "musical Arabian Nights" was indeed a tuneful success!
