A Victorious Opening Night for Valhalla

Paul Rudnick's Valhalla, a wacky take on the castle-obsessed King Ludwig II ("The Mad King of Bavaria") and young gay love in Texas in the 1940s, opened at New York Theatre Workshop on February 5 with a bang. The show's company, director Chistopher Ashley, Rudnick and a bunch of well-wishers gathered at nearby Fuel at Phoebe's to toast the campy comedy. Take a look!
