The Property Known as Garland—playing Judy! Judy! Judy! Written by Barbeau's husband, Billy Van Zandt, the near-solo play (one other actor plays a stage manager with the star), the couple and their creative team crossed 7th Avenue South after the opening night curtain calls to Garage, off Sheridan Square, for an intimate celebration.
