After much public anticipation and
mucho media salivation, the all-star cast of Simon McBurney’s modern reinterpretation of Arthur Miller’s
All My Sons officially opened at the Schoenfeld Theatre on October 16. Clusters of paparazzi, news crews and little ol’ theatre reporters like us gathered outside on West 45
th Street to chat with arriving theatergoers (Patricia Clarkson, Blythe Danner, Cheyenne Jackson, Brian d’Arcy James and Barbara Walters, to name a few) and see if the husband of Broadway newcomer Katie Holmes would make an entrance.
