BETTY RULES, the off-Broadway rockumentary-style new show about the birth and life of the band BETTY, opened at the Zipper Theater on October 15. The 17-year-old band, which is made up of sisters Amy and Elizabeth Ziff and Alyson Palmer, have a had a lot of practice in the art of partying. They displayed that talent after the performance (which shows off their other talents, of course) at the opening night celebration in the Zipper 's lobby.
