It was an impossible dream come true for fans of Broadway heartthrob Brian Stokes Mitchell. Mitchell wowed the crowd attending the opening of his show Love/Life at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre on May 15. This solo show finds Stokes (as his pals call him) supported by a four-piece jazz ensemble and includes song selections from Cole Porter, Lerner & Loewe and the Gershwins.
