Broadway Says Farewell to A Catered Affair
A Catered Affair, a poignant look at love, family and the importance of marriage, had the audience dabbing at their eyes one last time on July 27 at the Walter Kerr Theatre... and then the loving (and lovable) cast of A Catered Affair took a final bow. The show by John Bucchino and Harvey Fierstein and starring Faith Prince, Tom Wopat, Leslie Kritzer, Matt Cavenaugh and Fierstein himself, played 116 Broadway performances before the final curtain. Take a look at the laughter, the tears and the hugs at the the closing-night soiree at Bond 45.
