While Daphne Rubin-Vega has been busy braving the revolution 8-shows a week, as Fantine in the Broadway revival of Les Misérables, on October 30 the twice Tony-nominated star of Rent and Anna in the Tropics found a pocket of time to step back onto the stage of one of her favorite nightclubs, the Cutting Room in Chelsea, and give a capacity crowd a roster of songs from her new solo CD from Sh-K-Boom Records, Redemption Songs. It was a concert we wouldn't have mizzzed for the world. Check it out.
