Happy Fifth Birthday, Avenue Q!
Avenue Q celebrated its fifth anniversary performance at the John Golden Theatre on July 31. There was a big cake outside the theater, a few confetti bombs at the curtain call and the joyous return of many veteran members of the Q team. Original cast members Stephanie D'Abruzzo, Jordan Gelber, Ann Harada, Rick Lyon and Jennifer Barnhart joined co-creator Jeff Marx and the current cast on stage for a warm post-show birthday celebration. You don't have need a BA in English to understand that it definitely does not suck to be these guys. Check it out!
