A few of the names and faces behind the new big screen adaptation of Broadway's Mamma Mia! dropped by E-Walk Theaters on 42nd Street July 15, stopping in to catch a special pre-debut screening of the flick before its scheduled release July 18. Film co-star (and current Boeing-Boeing thespian) Christine Baranski joined producer Judy Craymer, book/screenwriter Catherine Johnson and director Phyllida Lloyd in introducing the starry film to a few select New York audiences (and more than a few special audience members, including Mamma Mia! players past and present and dozens of Broadway stars enjoying their night off), paving the way for the big opening to come later in the week.
