Hunting and Gathering Opens Off-Broadway

In a city where people measure their self-worth by square footage, what could be more appropriate than Hunting and Gathering, a play about the search for a place to call home in New York City? Brooke Berman's comedy opened on February 3 at Primary Stages, and the playwright's impeccable cast of four (Michael Chernus, Mamie Gummer, Keira Naughton and Jeremy Shamos), celebrated after the show at Sarabeth's, joined by director Leigh Silverman and various friends of the production.
