Jumpers Leaps to a B'way Triumph

Murder, philosophy, acrobatics, love, theology, men on the moon, music, marriage, a hare and a turtle... Did we forget anything? Probably. Tom Stoppard's Jumpers has all of this and more. The National Theatre production of the challenging and absurd drama/comedy opened on April 25 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. After the performance, the playwright, director David Leveaux and stars Simon Russell Beale and Essie Davis and the company headed to Tavern on the Green where they were cheered by a glittering array of supporters.
