Gilley's honky-tonk may be worlds away from the red carpets that keep Joan Rivers famous these days, but on April 17, we saw the two worlds collide. On that night, Rivers took in Urban Cowboy at the Broadhurst Theatre and even took that nasty ole mechanical bull for a spin afterwards. Now, how could we miss a moment like that? We couldn't--and didn't!
