The greasers, Pink Ladies and entire student body of Rydell High opened their arms to welcome new stars Derek Keeling and Ashley Spencer to Grease on July 22 as the pair debuted as hopelessly devoted high school sweethearts Danny and Sandy. The duo replaced stars and fellow Grease: You're The One That I Want! contestants Max Crumm and Laura Osnes, who won their roles on the reality show in 2006. Keeling recently won raves for his performance as Chad in the regional premiere of All Shook Up, while Spencer has busied herself on the Great White Way as Amber in Hairspray. And now the two are off and rolling like greased lighting at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, along with fellow new addition Janine DiVita, who just joined the cast as sultry Rizzo.
