Though he did a guest star stint in The Exonerated a few seasons ago, it's been over 20 years since Peter Weller appeared in a new play in New York City. On January 30, 2007 all that changed, when the Robo Cop movie star officially opened in the title role of Richard Nelson's biographical spin on the life and legend of architect Frank Lloyd Wright in the off-Broadway premiere of Frank's Home at Playwrights Horizons. After the opening night bows, Weller and his cast and creative team skipped across the road from Playwrights' home on West 42 Street for an opening night toast at the West Bank Café. And so did we.
