Scoundrels Bows at the Old Globe
The cast of the Broadway-bound Dirty Rotten Scoundrels celebrated their out-of-town opening at the Old Globe Theatre with a private bash at the Westgate Hotel in downtown San Diego. A musical adaptation of the 1988 film, Scoundrels stars Tony winner John Lithgow and Norbert Leo Butz as a pair of con-men romancing a series of heiresses. The show continues at the Old Globe through October 31 and is scheduled to dirty up the Great White Way in January, 2005. Just what Times Square needs--more Dirty Rotten Scoundrels!
