Shubert Alley Ablaze with Stars for 20th Annual BC/EFA Flea Market
On Sunday, September 24th, with the weather (pretty much) on their side, members of New York's theatrical community gathered together— their cardboard boxes full of stuff to sell—for the 20th Annual Broadway Flea Market, a yearly benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS held outdoors in Shubert Alley. Whether autographing CDs and posters, negotiating with bargain hunters or just laughing it up with fans and each other, a host of Broadway's best and brightest pitched in to help BC/EFA add a total of $505,832 to their charitable war chest. Bravo to all!
